My passion
To me, pizza is much more than just a dish. It brings together enjoyment, craftsmanship and the joy of sharing something good with other people.
The dough is especially important to me. I give it plenty of time for a long, natural fermentation and use carefully selected ingredients. My pizza is baked at high temperature in a Gozney oven – creating the airy crust and delicate roasted flavours I love.
With Angel’s Delights, I don’t want to offer ordinary pizza. I want to bring people together and give them a small moment of enjoyment – uncomplicated, honest and made with lots of passion.
